Breakfast Burritos


These are really quick and easy. Although these can be fixed for any meal, breakfasts are particularly hard to fix without loading up the carbs. This gives you a nourishing breakfast that will stick with you.


1 torilla, Mission Balanced Carb tortillas have only 7 net carbs

1 egg

1 tbs 1% milk

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

salsa (optional)

sausage (optional)

bacon bits (optional)


Heat non-stick pan. Beat eggs and milk and pour into pan. Cover for faster coooking. Stir occasionally until the eggs are cooked.

Heat tortilla on a plate for 22 seconds to make it pliable. Add scrambled egg down the middle. Add cheese. Add optional ingredients, if desired. Fold into a burrito. For a more attractive dish, top buritto with a little grated cheese. Heat in microwave for 30 or 40 seconds to melt cheese.
